Yes, that is why I have been away from the wild web for a couple of days. The Hong Kong trip was really nice. The temperature was a tad bit low so I had no problems with the heat wave. We didn't shop for a lot of things since they were selling winter clothes, and mind you, Manila only has two types of climate- TAG-BAHA and TAG-TUYOT. But yeah, I still purchased winter necessities such as boots, fur coats, etc. for "future" purposes. ;) I'll go into detail about my HK trip next time since I haven't uploaded the photos yet.

I mark this day as one of the best days this year. Just imagine, getting a good grade in the Ad Campaign, talking to an old friend, and stuffing yourself with good food 6 times in a row all in one day! Life has never been this good, especially when it comes before exam week. Well, it's almost perfect. I didn't see my BEB today so it sucks to celebrate a good day but you have no one to share the good vibes with. We never missed the Mano Po movies. Yes people, I've watch all the Mano Po movies. We also watch the Metro Manila Film Fest flicks. I guess it started way back in 1st year high school when Citibank gave us free movie tickets to all the MMFF movies. So yeah, we had to watch every single movie in the cinemas. Citibank gave us free tickets until I was in 4th year high school. I don't know exactly what happened to that fun promo of theirs, but I sure miss it. Anyways, my mom dragged me to the movies and insisted that we watch One More Chance (starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo). Okay so I gave in since the trailer got me interested. After the credits were done rolling, we (me and my mom) looked at each other and laughed really hard because our eyes were swollen. We cried like weenies all throughout the movie! Oh well, I think now I know were I got my crybaby trait. :)

SANA AKO PA RIN, SANA AKO NA LANG, SANA AKO ULIT!
That is so MY line! The movie was a big chunk of drama jam. Oh who cares it was so good. Some of the lines were oh-so-true. CAUTION: Don't watch it when your previous lovey dovey person left you. Or else you're gonna help Kleenex boost their sales.

OH AND CAN I JUST SAY THIS. I STILL LACK 3 UNITS/1 SUBJECT! Three days of non-stop partying, eating, and liver clogging. I started the weekend, which was last Friday, with Green Cohesion - a joint party of Animoism and Santugon. If you weren't there, well you missed A LOT.. of Jager tubes! There was a big big big bus of Jagermeister outside NBC Tent (the party place) and I swear it was so cool! Jager girls kept on handing shooters to everyone inside the tent. Who could resist that traitor? My knockout-o-meter expanded THANKYOUVERYMUCH! Or else, I was dead meat before Cinderella even left the room. Some of my friends fell for the Jager's tricks, and got early buzzes. HAHA! Happy times, my pals. :)

Oh, before I forget.. CONGRATULATIONS TO VERNON AND MILES! A POWERFUL EVENT INDEED! Loves it :)

ANIMO SUPREME! Thanks to Ice and Miles for some of the pictures. :)

Saturday was (Mommy) Gia's 19th birthday! She hosted a small party at Pier One with LC18 and Lair. There were more beer than vodka, so Chiara and I decided that we go to Sonja's Cupcakes for a quick dessert and buy some for Gia. Oh, we even saw the Calayans in Sonja's. ;) So yeah, we headed back to Pier One only to find out that we missed the "scene". :'( I hope all goes well with "them.

Happy Birthday Gianina!

And the weekend ender, Sherlane's debut! Her house was literally at the other side of the world. It was so so so so far! The program was quick but our night didn't end that soon! We did a little tinkering with our digicams and ended up making parodies of primetime evening local shows :)) Yes, I know. It's so fun anyways!

I MISS THE NFFs!

OH SHOOT I still have to do Accounting exercises!

twenty nine

Lately, I've been revamping all my online accounts. THANK YOU!

Enrollment will be in a few days and I haven't made a decent schedule. I'm trying to take subjects with people that I know so that I won't be lurking around alone again. After three days of hard work, this is what I ended up with:

Monday - Wednesday
9.40 - 11.10 C91 HUMALIT (Humanities: Literature)
11.20 - 12.50 K31 BUSCALC (Business Calculus)
1.00 - 2.30 K43 ACTPACO (Partnership and Corporation Accounting)

Tuesday - Thursday
1.00 - 2.30 K31 ADSTRAT (Strategic Advertising)
2.40 - 4.10 C32 COMP2AD (Computer Package for Advertising)
6.00 - 7.30 K31 ADSERCH (Research Advertising)

This is the most decent tentative schedule I've made so far. There would be absolute changes to be made. If you are going to take any of the classes that I will be taking, PLEASE DROP ME A MSG! I would love to sit in class with you :) My Fridays are going to be school-free, so I guess you'll see me shopping during that day.

I turned into dark chocolate yesterday, because I went swimming with Zet. The water was cold!
Well, we jumped in the pool at around 8.00 in the morning so what would we expect right. We had a great time since all we did was race each other using the doggy paddle (haha!) and talk and talk and talk. And oh, we saw cute little kids! Zet and I really felt that when they grow up, they'd look so hot and they'd hit on our kids. I've purchased a lot of "winter" clothes and I've been consecutively wearing pants for the week. (Mind you, I used to wear shorts and capris all the time.) So the holidays are kicking in and I still haven't made my list yet. I'm still trying to roam around places to look for items (and people heehee) that I want to go under my possession. MWAHAHA!

Speaking of holidays, the mini-break that we had over the weekend was.. fine. It was boring, much to my dismay. All I did was collect candies for the tots and blab online. What a break. I could've put my break into good use by doing things like..

1. breaking bones through wakeboarding
2. wasting moolah by just simply going inside Topshop

Oh, I've eaten like a gazillion calories and saturated fat in 4 days. The outcome? I didn't even gain a single pound. Nutritional Facts you are such a traitor!

I've been contemplating about moving my blog (again) to somewhere. I'm going to make a travel blog. Well, more of what happens when I step outside our doorstep- something like that. I'm not sure if I'll push through with the moving thing and get a new "domain" name like theoutsideworld or whereelse or passeport or moipasseport .. and the list goes on and on. (PLEASE NO STEALING!) What do you think, should I retain Oh Hello Baby or move out and get a new spot? :)

twenty seven

Last night I was so depressed I ate three orders of McChicken meal. Genetically modified poultry didn't satiate my hunger for happiness, thus I cleaned and buffed my nails into perfection. It looked bright and shiny so I decided to sleep early and see my shiny nails (still shining) tomorrow morning.

My mom woke me up early in the morning only to know that it was Election Day. I (we) dragged ourselves to the nearest McD's for breakfast and zoomed away to this public high school that served as the voting precincts. So yeah, me and mom treaded the hallways of this national high school. Call me elitist or what but the school was really dirty! And stinky, too. I guess the government should really be alarmed about this. I think around a thousand other high schools are dirty and stinky as well. So please, clean up folks.

Anyways, I didn't know who to vote so I just jotted down names that "sounded" good and Chinese-y. (NATIONALISTA! hahaha) I just hope that I didn't vote for the trashy ones, even if I voted in a trashy way. :) So friends, I am now a rookie in the field of local election. Clap for me!

And that is how I end my 3-day freedom from headfarks.
Adieu

twenty six

Earlier this day, I received a text message from my mom asking where I was and if I was somewhere in the vicinity of Glorietta Makati. I said no, and asked her why she asked where I was. She said that there was a bomb explosion somewhere in Glorietta Makati, and I should go home in case of further explosions. At first I didn't give a damn. I was safe in school, that's what mattered. What got me alarmed was when me and my friend, Lawrence, were walking towards the staircase when we heard two girls talking on their celllies.

Girl 1: Nasa Makati pa ba kayo? Guys, alis na kayo dyan balik na kayo dito. (Are you still in Makati? Get out of there and go back here already.)

Girl 2: May gas leak nga daw kaya sumabog. Alis na kayo please. (There was a gas leak that's why an explosion occurred. Please get out of there.)

I got scared, really. Because earlier today, we were thinking of going to either Mall of Asia or Glorietta due to our 8-hour break. What if we really went to Glorietta? Maybe we could have witnessed the explosions. Or worse, we could have been the ones who got bombed. Lawrence's mom called him up, and said that there was an intelligence report that there might be other explosions that might happen later tonight. Okay, it kinda freaked us.

It's not only Manila who's having a ruckus, but also in Winnipeg. I got to chat with my cousin last night. She told me that she didn't go to school because there was a bomb scare written all over their bathrooms. It might be a joke, but hey it could also be true. Few weeks ago, there was a stabbing incident that happened in their school. The cause? A love triangle. A measly, puppyish, and stupid love triangle. Like YTF would you stab your schoolmate because he's hangin' wit ya girl? Ya know wat? That ain't cool! That's dog poop!

It's really sad and scary to hear and experience all these things. Every single day, someone dies because of terrorist acts (or whatever you call those). Someone's precious life just had to get sucked out of his body all because of ludicrous people with crayzeh minds. A lot of dreams get wasted, and a lot of hopes get trashed. Just think of having to cope up with every single day with great fear dragging you down, just think.

What's happening to the world, y'all?

twenty five

I'm really envious of other "normal" universities. They're feasting on their three-week (as to what I've heard) long semestral break. As if we really had a term break. Hello? Four days? I didn't even feel it! I want a break NOW :(

Anyways.. No, I can't have a term break or whatsoever right now because I won't have ADPRINS (Principles of Advertising) and so that means I won't see... my backmate. Haha! I like seeing him every Tuesday and Thursday because he has this mini version of the Rubik's cube and he's tall (wtf right). Okay, scrap that.

I'm really really really REALLY full of debut planning shiznit right now. Pam's surprise party was just last Saturday, and this coming Saturday is Jen's debut. SOMEONE. PLEASE. HELP. MEEEE! We're so stressed because of all the mishaps and "damages" (according to Lalay). I always think about the "supposed-to-be" months that were in store for us. I usually think of what could have happened if things never changed or things never went amok. Don't get me wrong, I'm over you. It's just that there are times when I just ponder about the unborn adventures that we were bound to take.

I thought of how I first met you. I called you a fatso; only in my mind of course. I never knew that you'd end up as this someone significant. You're significant, not special- there's a difference between those words. We treaded through a long list of events- from the same group projects to parties. In all those times, you were always beside me. You always held my hand. Remember the time when you sat beside me during our trip home? You held my hand, and wrapped your arm around me because you thought I felt uneasy. In fact, I did. I rested my head on your broad shoulder. You thought I was asleep, but I wasn't. You whispered in my ear, and I just had to hear your confession. I pretended to be in deep slumber. I heard every single word you said. Your thought, your feelings, your secret. From then on, I lived every single day as if I never knew anything about it.

Months after, I found us together. Me, sitting on the bench. You, lying your head on my lap. You even teased me for having thin legs, thus, making it uneasy for you to sleep. I leaned my head against the wall and looked upward. You closed your eyes and tried to take a nap. I looked at you. I wanted to smash your face, but of course I couldn't. You held my hand, just like what you always do. The hatred present in my heart instantly flushed itself away. You just had to break me once more.

"For now, this is the last. Maybe we'll start a new one in the future." You said.

And for now, this will be the last time that I will be writing about you. I'm not looking forward to writing about you, or us, in the future. Thank you for breaking me. You gave me a reason to look for bright and shiny things ahead. And as always, I hope you're happy now. :)

twenty three

I'm charging myself with energy because tomorrow is the most important game of this year: THE 70TH UAAP FINALS GAME 2! We're up against the UE Red Warriors with us having 1 win. Oh yeah! We ended the 14-0 scoreboard last Thursday with a final score of 64-63. Talk about defeating the "undefeated"! But I gotta admit, the UE players were damn good. There was a time when they had a 10-point lead (I think it was 2nd or 3rd quarter). See how good they are! However, the Archers gave a better defense during the last quarter, making them win by a point. So tomorrow's gonna be the judgment game. KEEP THE FAITH LASALLIANS! For the win tomorrow! :)

Yay my cousin bought me Vans! :) I love it; it's so cute! She got me Vans because 1.) she's going here in MNL during winter break 2.) I asked her to buy me one (hehe) and 3.) she loves me. :)) I also asked her to buy me string bikinis since it's gonna be summer in no time and winter sale (of summer/spring clothes) is everywhere in CAD. She's gonna arrive here on December 28. I'm not sure yet if she's gonna arrive during the day or night. Oh who cares, SHE'S COMING OVER MNL! The last time I saw her was two years ago when I went to CAD for a vacation/summer study. We're kinda close because she's the only cousin in my paternal side that has the same age as mine. So yeah, we jive. :)

Anyways, I REALLY WANT TO GO TO NY OR LA. As in right now! Ugh. :'( Okay Winnipeg will do. I so want to fly to those places right now.

OH WAIT, before I do that.. I have to stay for a while! :)) I got a call from Rush TV! They want me to audition for a segment in their show! OH-MAY-GED! Wish Trixie a lot of luck.

twenty two

I've been away from blogger for 11 days and my fingers are very excited to type!

First of all, *drum roll please* ... WE WON! The DLSU Green Archers smashed the Ateneo (Arneo - Vanna Lim) Blue Eagles with a score of 65-60 during the last game of the twice-to-beat advantage series. It was really a good game, you know. Having a close score tells it all. Hats off to Cholo who bagged the top scorer in the team :) And to the other team, it was a nice play- fair and square. Sorry guys, it's just that we always win during the important games. Heehee :)

So for the past week that I haven't been updating this blog of mine, I was very very very busy- with school, with my niece's party, with whatnot. I'm really working my ass off on Merchandise Accounting because it's hell. Really! And I really don't quite feel the need of Accounting in my future job. So far I'm enjoying my major subjects in Advertising Management. It's a lot of work, but it's fun. We get to study different commercials aired on TV and categorize it as good or bad publicity. We also get to go to several agencies and experience the works ourselves! How cool is that. Haha! I'm really grateful that I'm part of the half that passed the qualifying exam for Advertising. Tough luck!

This fall season (of course it's fall in the US, not here in MNL) is full of love! Last week, the premier episodes of Grey's Anatomy Season 4 and Private Practice were aired on ABC. Of course, I had to watch it online and steal my auntie's ABC Online password so that I could download the episodes. Oh the joys of medicine! Forgive me, for I'm a frustrated (kinda) neurosurgeon. I wanted to be one; I mean, I was supposed to pursue my studies in medicine but it's freakin' long! And besides, the media dream captured my heart. I could be a pseudo surgeon and do my own medical show! Haha :))

Zooming in to Grey's, the first episode was a bit.. quick. Yeah, running time is still 40+ minutes but the pacing of the story is like there's too much change. DUH, that's why the episode was entitled "A Change Is Gonna Come"! There was a sudden stick shift, more of a quick pivot. The big change donned upon SGH. Callie is the new Chief. The MerDer tandem adopted Lexie Grey thus, creating a love triangle. George confessed his love to Izzie. And Burke is gone. I absolutely love the transition of changes that occurred in Seattle Grace. I mean, third season became a dragfest because of all the ego bubbles coming out of your screen and who won't forget the dreaded broken relationships. Applause, I must say. I love thee Grey's Anatomy! :)

My first impression of Private Practice was bland, very bland. But watching the premier made me taste flavor. I don't have much to say on PP yet. Kate Walsh (Addison Montgomery) was hot, as always. (OMG GIRLCRUSH! haha) The intro part was funny, where Addison was dancing in the shower. I wanna try that too. :)

Okay I over-babbled! :)) Ta-ta for now, I shall shop for string bikinis.

twenty one

The cool breeze was blowing her silk hair to her face, covering her view from what she perceived as heaven. She rested her elbows on the barricade, and took a sip from her wine cooler. The night sky was celebrating serenity with her. The moon was brightly shining and the stars were in complete attendance. She gazed at the beautiful skyline of the metropolis. One by one, she counted the stars. Every star she pointed reflected on her hazelnut eyes. She was beautiful, beautiful with the stars. The moon's light glowed on her skin, making her look radiant and gorgeous as ever.

Then, she got tired of counting.
Then, she looked down.

Infront of her, was him. Infront of her was heaven.

His toned arms swayed in tune with his famous funky walk. As he approached her, she giggled a bit. Her smile grew bigger as he came closer. When a ruler divided them, they both popped into a shy "Hi".

"Is this side taken?" He asked, pointing to the little space beside her.
"All yours if you want." She replied.

Both of them watched the peaceful sky. They fell into a pit of silence, not knowing what word to say first. Her eyes were focused on the stars, while he tried to stare at the moon.

"I used to count the stars since they were few." He broke the silence.
"You mean, celebrities? Or the galactic ones that I'm currently looking at?" She joked.
"But as days passed, the number of stars grew bigger and bigger, until I can't count them anymore." He said.
"Why stop?" She asked.
"I don't know, I guess they're just..too many." He tried to find an answer.

She jumped up to the barricade and sat there for a better view. She started to count stars, to get a headstart for his star-counting escapade.

While she was counting, she asked, "Could you ever count the stars?"
"I don't think so." He said with hesitation.
"So why do you still count them even if you know you can't count them all?" She asked with curiosity.

"Because I was hoping that one day, I could count them all.. with you." He said, with a smile.

twenty

TWO WINS AND THEY'RE STANDING ON DEFEAT.
ONE WIN AND WE'RE ON OUR WAY TO VICTORY.

BECAUSE ONCE IS ENOUGH, TWICE..? I prayed hard, really hard, that for once we could overcome this trouble. Sitting, wishing, and waiting altogether for five minutes seemed like eternity. The heat was piercing through my skin, and the tension, OH THE TENSION. For five minutes, I shut the world out. For five minutes, I tried to revive what was left. For five minutes, I pushed really hard. For five minutes, I fought.
And it hurts when you tried everything to survive, yet everything seemed useless.

LET'S HUG IT OUT ARCHERS! :) KEEP THE FAITH!

It was a supra extra GOOD game. Actually, the game did not only give tension but it also served as a comedy show. If you didn't catch the game awhile ago, then here's what happened: During the first quarter, Rico Maierhofer tried to steal the ball from a UE player. He jumped but the UE player ducked, so your visual image would display that the player is somewhere below Rico. Since we can never defy gravity here on Earth, Rico dragged his arm down and unfortunately, the UE player's head got "swiped" on Rico's underarm. What a great way to become a human deodorant! So the UE player got mad and provoked the archers (No biases here, I watched it on our widescreen thing in school) hence the small ramble. Everyone in Z2 was shouting and hooting! Even if half of the Lasallian population only watched the game through the widescreen TV, our school spirit was very alive. Z2 (where the widescreen was) turned into a mini-Araneta; we had patron seats, lower box, upper A, upper B, and gen. ad (the "gen. ad" was outside Z2) Believe me, the Z2 area was really full! Even SJ walk was full. I bet everyone else didn't go to class, coz I didn't! HAHA :) We're keeping the faith y'all! FINALS HERE WE COME! :)

[INSERT]
I am HAPPPPPPY today :) I saw Yugs (haha) and A**on N**i (for protection against bitches HAHA)! Three days ago Apple launched their "modified" music and video players also known as iPod. The new iPod nano can now play videos with its 2.5-inch screen having a 320x240 resolution at 204 pixels. The iPod video is now known as the iPod classic, boasting its huge capacity of 80gb and 160gb (even bigger than my hard drive!). Both iPods have a new interface and outer shell. Cool, supah cool! :) Apple also released a new gadget called iPod touch. It's quite similar to the iPhone but it's really just an iPod with a touch pad. You can surf the internet through the iPod touch's web browser (via Safari) but the 16gb capacity of the gadget is quite disappointing. Although, it has a very large screen (same as the iPhone's) so you can clearly watch all the videos stuffed in the gadget. Thank god Steve Jobs decided to release these babies before the end of the year. Come Christmas time, the prices of these gadgets would surely drop to a more affordable rate and the silver iPod classic will be mine..MOOWAHAHAH >:) (okay, that didn't sound quite nice)

Last night was one of the best times ever! :) Doodlesotrixie (yes we have a crazy long monicker) planned a post-birthday dinner for Lalay. People started pouring in around 4pm, and the rest was history (HAHA!) Since the birthday girl was really really REALLY hungry for alcohol, I started pouring the drinks around 5. Come 8pm, we were all wasted, LITERALLY. :)) I think I heard (and said) a lot of words that only sailors would really use. Hah, see the wonders of booze and girlfriends! :))

This his half of the carb junk that we digested. I won't talk about it; it'll just make me rant all over again. My grades aren't that high (I'm from the business sector of my school, mind you) but my term GPA isn't that bad. All I can say is..

A FAILURE AFTER ANOTHER DOESN'T MAKE YOU A LOSER; IT'S WHAT ENABLES YOU TO BE A COOL KID IN THE CROWD. :)

So everyone's been making the most out of our official mini term break. Some of my friends are in Tagaytay and Bataan right now, drinking away all those fooped up love problems and academic shiznit. My turn would still be on Friday night with my high school friends. It's gonna be 2 celebrations combined into 1- Lalay's birthday and Patty's condominium unit welcoming (wtf?) I might be spending Friday night at my friend's (Patty's) condo unit since I'll be the booze-intologist of the party- I need to stay VERY VERY VERY late. Oh, and some of my friends might sleep over too since they drink like fishes haha! So I guess we'll be promoting the SUKA CLEAN-UP advocacy once more.

Catching up with old friends feels really good. Awhile ago I got a chance to talk to my old Rep buddies over MSN. Yes guys, I used to be part of Rep Philippines (and I know you do not believe me. HAHA!) for around 3 years..I think? I quitted during my sophomore year in high school. So anyways me, Carr, Trish, Raizel, Mikka, Dindi, Tricia, and Pip converted our audio conference into an online karaoke. It was such a laugh trip but it was really cool! We sang all the songs we used to do in rehearsals and vocalizations, from Annie to Sunset Boulevard to Chess! I'm putting my hands down to Mikka! Her vocal range got better and damn she scales so good. Back in Rep she had a good singing voice but it was kinda flat. Does migrating to California make you a good singer? HAHA! I would kill for a wide vocal range. I can scale but sometimes I find it difficult because I don't have a wide vocal range. Pfft -_- I so want a vocal range like Beyonce. Okay shut up. :))

fourteen

First of all, I want to greet my nanangju a HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! He turned 19 yesterday but he threw a bash last Saturday night. It was so so so fun! Actually, it was also the bye-bye party of Al so yeah, Ice's house was really packed. There were a lot of people and booze as well! First batch was Cuervo and Bacardi Limon, and by the way these drinks greeted me and Chiara when we sat down the table. HAHA! :) Next up was Absolut Peach and Illusion. Ice, Enzo and Pao were so addicted to Illusion that they made like 4 pitchers, I think. That drink reminded them of Bora, daw. (Kwhatevshaha) So, the last batch was the Jager. I remember shooting it during Jeoy's debut and I didn't like it mainly because it was herbal rum/whiskey/whatever. Oh oh the highlight of the night! Ice's girl (who used to be my grade school batch mate), Lissa, surprised Ice! All along he knew that Lissa couldn't come because she had to go somewhere else. Come 9pm-ish, the bell rang and Ice was in deep awe. You should have seen it, super kilig! :) So the party went on until 3am. Too bad me and Chiara left around 1am. Our other blockmates arrived around 1.30am, SAYANG! Oh well towel, there's always a next time. :)

So here are some pictures from Saturday night:

Chiara, Me, and Pao. We are goofs. Yeah, we know ;)

THE BIRTHDAY BOY! I'll forgive you and your full mouth.

Their "cheers" to long-distance relationships (HAHA!)

with Al and Enzo. :) Bye Al, we'll miss you! (I'm expecting a very VIOLENT comment hihihi)

Al's gonna leave for the US, boo! Have a safe trip Al! I'll miss our daily handshakes and Chiara will miss YOU (ayihee) :P

OH SHOOT DEATH BY COURSE CARDS TOMORROW. First fight, MICROECONOMICS. I'm expecting it would be so-so since our professor Mr. Castell doesn't really give out difficult questions but then, I will still be burning my eyebrows until tomorrow. The world of economics is NOT A JOKE, srsly. Those liquidation market curves and stuff just doesn't bring melody in my ears. Bottom line is, I'm not economist-friendly. :)

Round 2 would be Merchandise Accounting. THIS IS THE REAL FIGHT! No journals, no ledgers, no practice sets - just pure worksheets and my brain. I need to score high on this exam because I didn't do well in the second part of the course (duh, since when did I become a whiz in Accounting?) So let's put our hands together and pray that the Merchandise Accounting people will pass the final exam. I'm expecting that I will turn into cold mush on Friday afternoon..which reminds me that I should not! My mom will pick me up and we'll process my driver's license YAY! :) I don't want to look like shit in my license picture (not like Sherwan's haha!) so I must not turn into a soupy human being.

I can't wait for September 26 and 27 because it's gonna be the premiere of Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy (Returns)! I just finished watching the promos of the two series and I must say that they executed it well. At first I thought that Private Practice wouldn't be that exciting but after watching the promo, MYGAD I am so waiting for it! The plot of Grey's is getting more twisted so I'm really looking forward for it too! I mean, Lexie's in the intern pool and she meets the heart-broken McDreamy in a bar (kinda similar to how Meredith and Derek met), and then Meredith discovers that Derek and Lexie are in "talking" terms just makes the story very interesting. I really want to know what's going to happen with the Callie-George-Izzie triangle and how Cristina's gonna move on. It's sad that Addison isn't going to be on Grey's anymore, but I think I'm gonna love her in Private Practice. :)

So for those who haven't watched the promo of Private Practice, here's one! (Sorry guys I can't find a promo of Grey's Anatomy Season 4)

twelve

KEVJUMBA IS BACK! AND HAPPYSLIP TOO!

So Kevjumba is back from his camp thing and posted two new videos with Happyslip in it. How KOOOL is that? Haha! For those who don't know Kevjumba and Happyslip, they're both Youtube users who post hilarious videos. Visit their pages and you'll have a gaseous stomach after watching all their videos, GUARANTEED! :))

Kevjumba
Happyslip

In order to put this holiday into good use, I gathered all the cds lying around inside our computer room and decided to properly label them all. I saw a plain white cd hanging out at the back of my printer. I stashed it in and viewed its content. HOLY MAMAW It's my junior prom video! I got surprised because I wasn't expecting it to show up. As I watched it here in my PC, I was amazed by how everyone bloomed after graduation. The whole batch looked so nene yet beautiful in elegant gowns and lovely make-up. Oh and what surprised me more is that I saw a lot of college classmates in the video! (of course, the college classmates are boys. I came from a private school for girls.) Haay high school; I really miss!

Question: bakit bilog ang buwan? hehehe
Answer: it's because the moon has varied densities all over. thus, creating a spherical shape. :)

And to maximize National Heroes Day, I will go out and see the world. I felt that T-Pain vibe (what the fug right) so yeah. While I was on the phone talking to my friend, I kept on rattling shakers and mixing rum with schnapps (which by the way IS THE BOMB!). After a few hours of "bartending", I perfected the following drinks:

Acid Rain
Screwdriver (this one's easy. anyone can do this!)
Paralyzer
Creamy Frapp
Body Shot
Love Potion (THE MOST EXPENSIVE DRINK~!)
Absinthe Czech
Mind Fuck (haha this one is crazy)
aaandddd.... Coco Lychee Martini!

OMG I can't believe I mixed Coco Lychee Martini perfectly! Haha this drink is THE DRINK OF ALL DRINKS! :) I just hope that I'll be able to mix good drinks next Friday because it'll be the bash of my cousin-slash-friend. We're actually turning the party into a barkada dinner coz it's only gonna be the Doodles + boyfriends of Doodles. OH GREAT I'm howe-less. So instead of boys, I'll be bringing booze! Yes friends, it's time for the boozeintologist to shine!

Shifting the topic, today was tiring. VERY VERY TIRING. I picked up my nephew and niece because my cousin will be out to buy a new phone. My niece (her daughter) drooled over her phone and now it's not working anymore. I volunteered to watch them, with the help of the whole household of course. So my dad decided that we go to MOA to buy some stuff and bring the tykes along. I was relieved that both of them were quiet and well-behaved..NOT! Miged when we got home, my niece was crying non-stop! She was feeling kinda sleepy, hence the eardrum-breaking wails plus the fact that she's teething. She wanted to drink milk and bite the rim of her Barney paper cup AT THE SAME TIME. Like how human-ly possible is that? Some kids are just so Einstein-ish. Fortunately, my niece is one of them. Thanks to my mom, she put my niece to sleep in a snap. And now I believe that moms know the best. :)

Okay so that was something new. But please Lord, I don't want to nurse a child just yet. I AM SO NOT READY! But I do plan to have kids. Maybe two? I want my daughter to be a fashionista, and my son to be a surfer. Haha I'm so gonna be a weird parent. :))

ten

My supposed-to-be upcoming long weekend is cut short, thanks to:

+ Saturday's (tomorrow's) MARKET1 Product Presentation
+ Sunday's Re-shoot of Chiara's FOTOCOM Project
+ Monday's Economic Recommendation Paper

And then comes the showdown. FINALS WEEK! I took my BUSMATH final exam awhile ago and YAY! I got a high grade for that subject. One down, two more to go! I still have ECONTWO and ACTBAS2 exams waiting for me to die. MIGED I need to pass my ACTBAS2 finals or else, I'm a dead chicken ball. -_- Why oh why should Accounting be this hard? I swear I will hold a celebratory midnight drinkfest if I pass the exam!

Kids, if you are lusting for academic challenge, THEN TAKE CBE (College of Business and Economics) COURSES IN MY UNIV! <s>Some</s> almost all of the required minor subjects are really difficult. If the minors are this hard, what more if I'm taking my major subjects already? HAYAYAY I think I want to die.

Hmm let's brush off the dark aura. Time for typing a few smileys. :)

I've been thinking a lot about moving and transferring places (since I want to be independent) I talked to my mom about this and well, she said I could try in New York or California. I LOVE YOU MOM! :) I'm really glad that she's very supportive in this thing. I really really want to go abroad and walk on my own two feet. So as to not feel bored or homesick, I'll drag (:P) my very dear friend along! Oh Hello Baby was on a short hiatus because my hands weren't available for blogging BECAUSE...

Last Friday: My dear friend (and babe) Audz left for Florida to pursue his studies. We're really sad because the "trio" would not be able to completely goof around during shoot breaks, although we're happy because you've gained courage to set foot on the other side of the world. Don't worry Audz, me and Zet will drop by your doorstep in Florida 2 years from now. We really really miss you! Come home this Christmas or I'll drag you! :)

Last Saturday: Finally I got out of my cave! :) My poor self was alcohol-deprived for about 2 weeks already, so me and Zet went to Greenbelt3 to party. We met up around 9pm and started the night at Temple. We had a round of Cosmo and Coco Martini and waited for the party crowd to heat up. Even after we finished our cocktail drinks, the mood was still boring so we decided to go another round but now we chose Bacardi. Still, there was no life inside the place so we headed off to Ice Bar. MIGED the place was so full! It smelled like odorous body perspiration (so as it wouldn't sound so bad) plus cigarette smoke came in. Now, it was time for Bedspace. Tequila Sunrise and the crowd didn't satiate much. So before leaving the place, we bade goodbye to McCoy who was dj-ing in the bar. We decided to just kill time and went shisha-ing at Bollywood. If you were somewhere near Bollywood then, I bet you heard us swear, laugh, and talk loudly. We called it a night at around 1.30am and parted ways. Now I can't wait for the real term break! Booze will be coming..SOON.

Last Sunday: Chiara called me up for her FOTOCOM shoot. It was QUITE similar to the shoot we had at the Fort. The location was in an abandoned house somewhere in Multinational Village. The house had a nice structure; too bad it was unfinished. The shoot lasted for a couple of hours and it got us dead tired. Before hitting home, we stopped by a fastfood store (?) and binged on cholesterol-filled food. Oh what yum :)

Yesterday: My aunt's birthday. Just the usual happening.

AND TODAY... wasn't that eventful. Oh wait, IT WAS! My dear friend Zet dragged me to Green Place and had my aura "interpreted" especially by Kuya Bob :)) MIGED He was so cool! I was astounded because the stuff he was telling me were all true! From the insecurity part to the love life blahs, EVERYTHING! But knowing all those is kinda overwhelming, no, confusing. Haha!

Will be vlogging tomorrow. :))

eight

Rainy days make me feel warm, lazy, and LONELY. Laugh all you want, but yeah rainy days are just so saddening. I looked for ways to bout this, like talking to people on YM, MSN or Skype, eat tons of food, watch dvds, but all of those failed. (Almost) Everyone I know in all of my instant messaging programs is either offline, asleep, or bored too. The only ones you're left to talk with is your former fling, your X, your X's current howe, your current crush, and a ka-barkada who's really busy talking to her howe. Great, just great. I guess I'm just used to talking to some people every single second available and in just a snap, everything stopped. Oh, this came in just now. My friend used this as her status in YM:

***** ***** - TRIXIE: It don't take a lot to understand, you need yourself another man.

Thanks for rubbing in my singlehood.
Okay, I don't want this to become a tearfest.

Moving on to a lighter note, I'll be getting my non-pro driver's license in less than a week. YAY! I really didn't expect this since I know that no one in my family would help me in this thing because everyone's really really busy with the business. So the roadtrip is on! :)

Hmm I've been thinking. Don't you think it's pathetic when people bash you just because they don't like the "impression" you gave them? Come on, I know a lot of people who can relate to this. Sucks, right? :)

seven

So once again classes were suspended. I knew that there won't be any lessons for today when I was in deep sleep on the way to school, and my dad woke me up. I checked the time and it was already 10+am (by the way my class starts at 9.20). I looked outside and the whole Vito Cruz was flooded! There was heavy downpour all over the place. I insisted that my dad drop me off to school since I haven't received any message that classes in DLSU would be suspended. I got off somewhere at North Gate (all wet and soaked and eew) and there was this big sign that said:

CLASSES SUSPENDED POSTED 9.10AM.

Wtf right. So I went inside school and texted people who are probably still in school. I found my cousin, and then saw JR and Sherwan strolling along the 3rd floor of LS Building. My mom nagged me to go home already because of the incoming typhoon. Instead of following maternal orders, I(we) went to JR's house to do our marketing plan. I loved their coffee jelly and mapo tofu! Okay so I munched a lot again. Sorry JR for being such a pig :)

I'm really thankful for the typhoon. Egay, THNX! Because of you our quiz in Economics will be moved again and I won't go home late. So tomorrow will be allotted for my baboy lifestyle. I really hope this consecutive class suspensions would greatly contribute to my fat fund. PLEASE WORLD, COOPERATE!

Oh I have this friend who posts amazing entries. Her latest entry inspired me to continue my (our) dream to see the world. Ever since I was little I really wanted to travel. I guess I got this from my parents; I'm telling you they love to travel especially when it's impromptu. So anyways I'm really looking forward after college graduation BECAUSE it's the time when I will see the world with my own two feet plus another pair! Yes, I'm traveling with a very dear friend. We'll cross international boundaries and make UN babies. Haha :P

Okay time to multiply.

six

Since last night I didn't get enough sleep, I woke up with the crankiest mood ever. I was grumpy during breakfast; I was grumpy during the ride to school; I was grumpy when I entered school. I became grumpier when my cellular phone had no signal (because my phone network was very lousy) and I couldn't send messages to my friends. Come Filipino time, I discovered that the paper is due on Friday still. So all of my hardwork the night before were not that useful. Need I say grumpy?

Before I went home, I said hi to a friend but he didn't see me! So he just passed by me and I was so embarassed! Don't you hate it when that happens? Ugh. And then on the way home, I wanted gum so I reached for my pocket for the gum that I bought with Zet. After rigorous searching (haha), the gum's not there! I couldn't find it. I searched all the pockets of my pants and bag but it's not anywhere in those places. So I arrived home- sleep, hello, and gum deprived.

And I thought that this day will go bad until the end.

So they say that everything should be balanced, according to natural law. If you started the day bad, it will end right. And yes, they were good.

I couldn't spill exactly what happened. If you want to know, just message me for details. :)

I could die happy right now, BUT then I remembered that I have an Accounting quiz tomorrow! I really hope I'll pass this last quiz because my grade is low, super duper low.

Kthnxbye

five

Ugh. After strolling around High Street from 5pm to 10pm and eating 8 pieces of flourless cupcakes from Sonja's, I feel like I have Elephantitis and a bloated stomach lining. I just finished typing our final paper for my Filipino subject and I still can't move my poor feet. 3 hours has passed and I still don't feel any "digestion" going on inside me. Boohoo I pray to God Almighty that I won't have any gut problems tomorrow, or else I'll be having a major suckfest.

It's already 1.06 am.
I still have my Marketing final exam here on my desk, UNANSWERED.

Wish Songhee big luck.
Goodnight, online world. I'm not sure if it's portable though because it does look like it but I think it's made as a desktop. But if in case it is, THEN YOU ARE MINE! :)) It's SRP in the US is $1199 (around Php54000), so it's definitely cheaper than other desktops and laptops. Albeit those negative reviews about the new iMac (which I think is totally ugh..whatevs), I still want this sexy beast. Haha! Daddy I hope you get to read this. :)

Today is a Saturday and I am home. THIS ISN'T ME! Usually, I'm out during Saturday nights but not tonight. I guess I'll just spend more time infront of this screen and make myself plump. Anyways, I've been doing productive things lately and I hope this will go on and on and on. Oh, and I'm having getaway issues again. I was talking to a very dear friend of mine last night about it and we kinda shared the same sentiment on the issue. It's not that I'm desperate for greener pastures or what (actually I'm doing good here on Philippine soil). Maybe it's because Manila life has been boring the hell out of me and it's not healthy. Sometimes I just feel like changing lifestyles in a snap. Living away from motherland means great independence, and yes it's a big responsibility. But hey, in a few years we'll be walking on our own two feet right? So why not get ahead and start walking on your own as early as you can?

Just before I started college I went to Canada for a vacation. I wanted to stay longer because a.) I'm "schooling" there b.) I have no definite college in the Philippines yet, so I have longer vacation days c.) It was boring in Manila. So, my parents went back here earlier than I did. I had a one-way ticket then. My future was unsure; it felt like I'm the universe's most hated astronaut. My grandfather got me application forms from different colleges in Canada. "Just in case", he said. As days went by, I felt attached to my new environment. I collected a handful of friends from the community high school I went to. The weather made me stock up on cold fat. I used more boots than slippers. Everything was new, and I started to love them bit by bit. Of course, I wasn't on cloud 9 every time. I had some things to think about, like my expenses. Nonetheless, my Canadian life was one of the almost-perfect life I've had so far.

Thinking about it makes the issue bother me more. Hayayay.

Oh the confusion of it all.
I think I'm hungry. I'll go grab some cake.

----------------------------------------------------

My dad just came back from his business trip in Gen San. Before he left, I asked him to get me pasalubong. Before he left Gen San, he called me up to say that he bought something for me. And so the excited me, waited for my dad to come home.

He arrived around 8pm. I watched him unload stuff from the trunk of our car. Since I got impatient, here's what happened.

Me: Asan na?
Dad: Wait.
[After waiting..]
Dad: Eto o. (hands a big box)
Me: Ano to? (opens box) TUNA?
Dad: Ang ganda diba ang laki! Masarap yan.
Me: Eeeh. onga eh.
Dad: Ay sandali, eto pa. Favorite mo to diba. (hands 10+pcs. of AIRPLANE SICK BAGS)
Me: :D WOW THANK YOUUUU!

FYI, I like sick bags. They're more than just puke containers.

I love my dad. He always keeps in mind the little things that I like.

<left></left>
<left></left>
<left>

</left>

three

There's no typhoon anymore so I went to school. No, I wasn't dreaming. It's really bright and sunny today.

I was hoping that someone would notice my "typhoon" fat since the only thing I did during the two-day break (aside from sitting here infront of the computer) is to eat. Yes, I binged on all those enticing tummy fillers with calories and fat. But to my dismay, I didn't even gain a single pound. Before all of you think that I'm such a boasty toasty person (because I don't gain weight while everyone else is dying to lose weight), I am just wishing for a pound. A POUND, PEOPLE! As you can see, I am the most weight-desperate fat-deprived human in this living planet. For me, gaining weight is in the wishlist. That's how desperate I am. If only liposuction could be done symbiotically, I would've volunteered myself when Ai Ai delas Alas was smartlipo-ed. Hmmm okay, scrap that. Symbiotic liposuction doesn't look (nor feel) good.

Okay, enough of the fat talk. Let's carry on.

Yesterday I found out that my cousin will come here in Manila and visit me (haha selfish) this December. OH I CAN'T WAIT I CAN'T WAIT! I can't wait for her to come here because finally we'll be goofing around again! The last time I saw her was 2 years ago when I went to Canada for a vacation-slash-summer-school. Back then I had a one-way ticket, but DLSU accepted me so I had to kiss the cold weather away. Anyways, so yay!

I'm stocking up on mp3's and wma's here in my good ol' computer. So far, I've downloaded the following artists:
o1. Paramore
o2. PlayRadioPlay
o3. Quietdrive
o4. Daphne Loves Derby
o5. Secondhand Serenade
o6. Yellowcard
o7. Motion City Soundtrack

Care to suggest more? I would really really REALLY appreciate it! :)

New Word:
SARK - n. the marks left on one's ankle after wearing socks all day

Q&A
At what age did you start blogging?
- I can't clearly remember how old I was then. (sorry, poor memory) I think I was 10 or 11? You get to wake up late, be a living couch potato (for me, it's a pro), and be temporarily free from academic pressure. Albeit, there's not gonna be any exciting thing in store. Why why why does everything have to have conditions. Kill philosophy; only if I may!

So today has been such a bore for me. I think I've done all the possible things I can do online: chat, check emails, blog, photoshop, download, burn files, and whatnot. And still, I'm bored! Thank you for canceling classes tomorrow (because I have a quiz in Accounting) but boo nothing much to do here again. I'll be living the MAMUY life again. Ho-hum.

On a happier note, this term will end in about two weeks.
I'll be finding myself driving a jam-packed car somewhere far far away. ROADTRIP!

Oh, to be a sophomore.

New Word:
AGE OF CLAUSABILITY - n. the point at which we stop believing in Santa Claus

one

OH HELLO THERE!

I'm still unfamiliar with Blogger so please bear with me.

Hello to Oh Hello Baby's new web hole. I'm really not sure why I decided to transfer my personal blog here. LJ is cool; hey I'm still using my account there. Maybe I need to breathe fresh air. Okay whatevs, I'm here already so yeah HELLO WORLD!

Ho-hum schoolwork has been eating me alive once more. (what's new) Right now I'm craving for a week break to match the lovely weather which rarely happens here in the capital by the way. I think this weather is the fake one. If you've heard of the cloud seeding thing, then you know what I'm talking about. For those who don't have a clue what I'm blabbing about, cloud seeding is when some weather people go up to the clouds and scatter chemical substances (I think it's salt) in order for rain to pour down. As you can see, we are currently experiencing drought. Our farmers are having a hard time growing crops to sell in the market therefore, our economy's gonna be in deep shit. We are an agricultural archipelago, people- we need rain.

Mmmkay so much for the weather. I'm actually enjoying Blogger. :)

New Word:
FOODPLEGIC - a person who eats to much food that he/she can't stand up anymore (also look for baboy reflex)

And the BUENA MANO ask is:

So ilan ang mga boys mo?! HA? HA? HAAAA??!!
+ Actually, I don't have any "steady" boys. Care to give me one? I KNOW YOU HAVE LOTS! haha
